Jack Flechaus has been a driving force at Upstate Bottle Return since beginning his career with the company in 2019. He started in the resale and processing of bottles and cans, gaining hands-on experience in the operational backbone of the business and developing a deep understanding of its day-to-day functions.

As he grew within the organization, Jack assumed responsibility for payment operations and fundraising efforts, helping improve financial workflows while expanding community engagement initiatives. His cross-functional experience allowed him to connect operational efficiency with customer and partner outreach.

Now serving as Head of Marketing, Jack oversees brand development, growth strategy, and customer engagement. His well-rounded background across operations and finance informs a strategic, results-oriented marketing approach that supports Upstate Bottle Return’s continued expansion and commitment to sustainability.
